Ever since my childhood I have had a strong fascination for nature and wildlife.  I bought my first film camera in 1988 when I was 18.  It was an expensive hobby and I was horrible.  It wasn't until 2009 when I purchased my first DSLR camera.  Thank goodness for digital.  Being able to shoot an endless number of frames, and being able to have an instant preview of my images has provided me with the time and accessibility to allow my passion for photography to grow.

I like to photograph all types of wildlife, but most of my interest is with birds and insects.  Most of my photography is local to Southern Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area, but am hoping to travel more both within and outside of Canada in order to  expand my portfolio and life experiences.
